Value Orientations as the Element of Personality’s Dispositional System

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of hierarchical structure of personality’s dispositional system. Composition, developing and functioning of the highest level of the system (value orientations) are discussed. The problem of the confrontation between orientations and levels of real activity in various fields is considered too.
